Cancellation policy

All Dawg-Tec products currently listed in our store are fulfilled through third-party vendors such as Amazon and affiliate partners. Because these items are handled outside of Dawg-Tec’s fulfillment system, all order processing, shipping, returns, and cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective seller or platform.

Once an order is placed through our links or storefront, Dawg-Tec cannot modify or cancel the order. Customers seeking to cancel or adjust a purchase must contact the original vendor (e.g., Amazon) directly and follow their stated cancellation or return procedures.

If an order is placed for a Dawg-Tec pre-order or in-house product (such as the upcoming E-Harness), cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase and before fulfillment begins. Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Dawg-Tec reserves the right to decline or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or policy misuse.
