What is Relay?
Relay is a passive body-mounted harness and routing arrangement. It mounts a compatible receiver and routes electrical output to inward-facing contact points at the intended bilateral lateral body zones. See the three-step explanation.
Which part provides stimulation, tone and vibration?
The receiver supplies electronic functions, including stimulation, tone, and vibration. Relay does not generate them. Tone and vibration originate at the receiver; they do not travel through Relay’s side contacts.
Does Relay replace training?
No. Relay is equipment within a training process. It does not replace learning, reinforcement, timing or qualified guidance.

Will my existing receiver work?
Compatibility depends on the exact receiver model and configuration being validated. A brand name or matching thread size alone is not enough. Review what to send Dawg-Tec.
How do I choose a harness size?
Start with the size guide. Fit, coat and contact placement need review for your individual dog; a size choice does not confirm receiver compatibility.
Can I use the same receiver settings after changing placement?
Do not assume that settings from a neck-mounted setup transfer unchanged. Follow the receiver instructions and seek qualified guidance when introducing a different contact placement.

Does applying reserve a harness?
No. We check experience, compatibility and fit. Applying is not a reservation or guaranteed purchase opportunity. Selected applicants may be contacted for a short call. Read the application process.

Ask Dawg-Tec for the current instructions for your specific Relay build and receiver configuration. The Getting Started page helps you prepare for that review.
How do I get help with an order, return or replacement part?
